With a few new faces joining us on the court recently, it felt like the perfect time to share a guide on how we stay organised. And let’s be honest—we know some of our OGs could probably do with a quick refresher too!

Our app is the heartbeat of the club. Using it properly makes life much easier for your coaches and committee, ensuring we spend less time on admin and more time on netball.

How to Access the App 📲

Whether you’re on the move or at your desk, getting connected is easy:

• The Dedicated App: Download it from your relevant app store for the best mobile experience and instant notifications. App Store or Google Play Store

• Mobile Web or Desktop: Prefer a bigger screen? Simply log in directly through your browser on your phone or computer.

The App Essentials 📅

• Don’t Ghost Us! 👻🚫 The most important thing you can do for the club is keep your schedule updated. Please RSVP to every session. Whether you’re coming or not, we need to know; even a decline is better than no answer at all. Leaving us on "read" makes it incredibly difficult for the coaches to plan drills and ensure we have full squads. Answering early actually helps you, too! Once you decline an event, the app stops sending you notifications and chat alerts for that specific session, keeping your phone quiet when you aren't attending.
• Safety First: 🏥 Please double-check your profile to ensure your Medical Conditions, Address, and Next of Kin details are updated. It’s essential for our player welfare protocols that this information is current.
• Enable Notifications! 🔔 Please turn these on so you don’t miss important info. We promise not to spam you - we try to avoid overusing them, so just know that anything we push via email or the app is IMPORTANT.
• App Chat vs. WhatsApp 💬 We use the in-app chat to keep everyone in the loop. It’s much better than WhatsApp because anyone added to the team later can see the full message history and catch up instantly!
• Lend a Hand 🤝 Check the Tasks section within each event. Whether it’s timing, scoring, or court setup, you can volunteer for specific jobs with one tap, and not that you need bribing, there is a prize at the end of the season for our ultimate "Task Master!" Every time you help out, you're in the running🏆

More Than Just Admin... Did You Know? 📸💡

The app is the best place to stay connected with the club's progress and relive those match-day moments. Dive a little deeper to find:

• Galleries & Match Reports: Check out the latest photos from our matches and socials, and read up on how our teams are faring in competition with detailed write-ups.

• News & Noticeboard This is where we post all official club announcements and latest news, so check in regularly!

• Coaches & Players Notes: In your profile, you can ask for tactical feedback and tips. It’s a two-way street to sharpen our game before the next whistle.

• Your Stats & Positions: Keep track of your appearances and performance in the Statistics tab. 📈 You can also add your preferred position to your profile, making it much easier for coaches and captains to plan tactics.

• Need to brush up on the rules or find our club policies? Head to the Links/Guides section for all our official documents and helpful netball resources.
